Briana has been many things in her life, but the constant has been her love of the written word in all its forms. Her grandmother, a remedial reading teacher, taught Briana to read at a very early age, and Briana never stopped loving books.
Her first written work was a re-imagining of Winnie the Pooh, in kindergarten, and she quickly made a name for herself on the school playground, creating stories based upon scenarios her friends would call out.
After years working in various facets of the book industry, she found her way to small-press electronic publications in 1997 and never looked back. Stints as a book reviewer, acquisitions editor, and proofreader led her to editing full-time, back when the Kindle and iPad were only gleams in their creators’ minds.
Briana has edited over eight hundred published books and hopes to add many more to her roster. She believes in a teamwork-based approach.
Briana is a freelance editor, published author, and accomplished ghostwriter. She loves to make words sparkle. Whether you’re seeking writing services or editorial, she’s here and ready to work!
